So...what's gonna happen here?

Well, I'm back! Four weeks ago, I started this blog and worked to come up with a plan to expand my social reach on Instagram and then...I went ghost on this site. Not because I forgot about it, or changed my mind, but on the contrary...I really didn't know where to start.

Do I start with the happiness I feel, now that I'm no longer a part of the organization? Do I bring up the fallacies and double standards that pushed me to leave? The crazy anecdotes I have tucked away from the 3 decades I spent in?

I mean there is so much. Ideally though, I want to talk about things that bring me closure and peace, and pull out some laughs here and there, while simultaneously providing the experiences and knowledge needed to keep others FROM EVER JOINING THE JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES.

To that point, I would like to direct you to the "Ex-JW YouTube University" I am compiling on this site. You can find it among the links in the header. Like everything else in my life, it is a work in progress. But the goal is to compile an array of information for my readers as well as any of their family and friends who are still mentally tied to that religion and could benefit. I've broken the playlists down into categories and you also have the option to swipe through and play whichever title appeals to you, rather than being required to watch the list in order. As always, any suggestions you have would be appreciated.

Anyway though, after much deliberation, and multiple days of me signing into this site and staring at a blank page, I decided to go to Pinterest for tips. I mean, I just started this thing, couldn't be done already lol. But man were there a lot of tips, sheesh. Then I lucked up on a chart that was just what I needed and voila, I feel reinvigorated. So, I said all that to say....stayed tuned.
